    I used to play in there a lot in the 70s Wendy, Used to watch Graham Miles there too. Alway's on table 1 he was. Won a Raffle there once too a case of wine tasted like vinegar.

    I used to work with a. Mark Deathridge, at Douglas Plant, Walsall road. Late 1970s to late 1980s. I seem to recall he lived down by Birdbrook road, Great Barr.

    Does anyone remember in New John Street West a short way up from Brandaeurs there used to be a big house which held the Family Service Unit. This was up to 1962 approx. I need the house number of that building if anyone can help please Thanks

    Wasn't Jimmy, or James Pendry was it TopsyTurvey, The father of Garry Pendry the ex B'ham City fullback. Just wondered, because he was caretaker at Kings Rise School Kingstanding, back in the 1970s? I think it was.
