    Thank's Mike, i did think about renumbering, in 1861 census Benjamin R Taylor 62 High Street town of West Bromwich Draper, they didn't seem to stay anywhere long.

    Just discovered my ancestors were Drapers at 62 High St West Brom in 1861, on Google Street the building looks Georgian to me so this could be it!. How would you find out if it was the same building other than it's design?..looks more like a former house than a shop, perhaps they just lived...

    Thank's ever so much Bernie, i was able to just show my Dad this on my smartphone on my visit today but the faces didn't ring any bells, a bit early for him 1925 i think. It looks a wonderful room though and the kids don't seem too badly attired :pride:
