    In my local an Irish builder said to me I found a medal when I was replacing a sewer pipe in Birmingham about 30 years ago. He brought in a 1914-18 Star that had been in a drawer for years!     A pal of mine found a 1914-18 Star with the above name on it. He found it about 30 years ago when replacing a sewer pipe in Birmingham.
