Your right phil, the newsagents and off license were demolished to make way for a medical centre. The shop to the left (Johnson's) has been many things over the years, at the moment it is a specialist darts shop.

My wife and i renewed our vows after 25 years and afterSt Giles we went the Arden Hotel a little further along the Coventry road.
The last time i went to the Impney about 5 years ago it was a cavery James's cavery i think, must so it was well above average, even though the hotel was in receivership.
Ive been to a couple in the Solihull area, and if you like desserts then they are well worth a visit.
