I worked in the Music/record industry for 14 years and all of that time it was always agreed that copying for personal use was not a problem. Piracy on a large scale was taken very seriously and we had a specialist unit chasing those up.
What does she want to do? I am surprised what I can do on a Kindle Fire HD, with google installed. Cant run MS Office and I cant find a way to copy and paste but for Internet browsing and emails it is perfect, and very portable.

Maypoebaz, couldnt agree more. When i pop back to UK I never take a book, I find Kindle meets all my needs, emails, internet, reading material, music. So much more convenient. I find reading material from lots of sources, Book Bub etc.

I went to the Comp and became friends with Christopher Marshall, the headmasters son. He came to my house one evening after school and was collected by his father. I hadn't told my mother who he was. Big surprise on her face when she opened the door to the Headmaster. They lived in Blakesley road.
