    Living in Spain.

    I live in Spain and find it much better than UK. Weather obviously is a bonus but main thing is people's attitude to life. It seems as if people stay younger and enjoy life.     My father worked for Birmingham City Transport and then WMPTE. I went to lots of Xmas parties usually at Perry Barrr bus garage. Pantomine and food. I remember a woman playing piano and she was known as the Red Robin.

    When I visited the new library recently I was very impressed except for 2 things ; 1 ) I may be used to cost of things here in Spain (much cheaper) but I felt prices in the cafe were a bit excessive £5 for a sandwich and a small bottle of water 2) why didn't they put a map on the roof garden...

    The terminus for the bus from Hampstead was at Whittington Oval. It was at one time a 15A and the 15B ran to the Chestnuts In Garretts Green lane. The 15B then became the 17 and the 15A became as you say, 15 one way, 16 the other.
