    Burial : BROUGH St Martin's.

    Thank you Shera....I think I have traced this Joseph Bough through to 1891...but his spelling of the surname stays as BOUGH on every census. On the IGI there is a baptism for a Joseph Bough @ St Martin's 16/09/1822 but birth is given as 1811, parents Thomas & Mary Bough...so not really likely...

    Thank you both for your help. I doubt that my relations were rich enough to have a family vault...but that does bring up another question...would there have been paupers graves at St Martin's? certainly my relatives had all their children baptised at St Martin's as it was their local church...
