    Wonderful memories Louisa. Two more pctures you may like to see, the first taken from Tyburn road looking up Pype Hayes Rd, Springthorpe Rd to the right in front of the apartments. The second, Paget Rd school taken from Pype Hayes Rd looking up what used to be the top end of Varley Rd.

    Hi Rupert The houses are very nice, the estate is about 85% private the rest is a mixture of council and housing association houses, there is a good percentage of bungalows for the elderly, there are residences for the blind and also for those with learning difficulties who have resident carers...
