sorry karen, thought i would just list them in case! i can see him on the electoral rolls at 64 may lane up to 1960 but that is as far as the online electoral rolls go. he was living with may r. burrows there. by the way, he is listed as "sydney" burrows on the electorall rolls.

theres a death of sidney burrows in 1960 sutton coldfield. aged 63 and another death of a sidney "barrow" in 1970 birmingham. date of birth 5 apr 1902 could either of these be the one you want??

i dont know the family but can confirm that william dodd baldwin and dorothy may filmer baldwin were living at 33 colonial rd. saltley from 1927. did you know that william dodd baldwin was in the 13th royal fusiliers - 14830, and lived at pretoria rd, saltley at that time.
