Co-op Laundry was at 130 Holyhead, on the other side near Island Road (towards City Boundary WBA ground) In 1955 Co-op had shops 131-135 Holyhead rd (other side of Woodland rd) but not really relevant to the building we're talking about at 129 Holyhead road.

In 1915 Kelly's 129 Holyhead road (on the corner with Woodland road) was Soho Co-operative Society Ltd.

I don't know the area but is this the shop at the left hand side of the photograph Photo one of SteveBHX's great photographs, this one taken in 1974. According to Kelly's it was owned by Harry Hodrien in 1955 and K.Evans in 1967/68
