    I think you will find that this row of modern of shops pictured are at the other end of Boldmere Rd opposite the junction with Union Rd Dek but the old pic looks more like where you mention.     No mention of Villa Road but it does mention that he moved to B'Ham in 1912 for a period of 1 year. Presumably the factory was already there because the add' is dated 1911. It is likely that the frames for the Airships could have been made in Brum but I cant be certain.
