A photo of the first King Edwards Camp Hill Girls' School building that was used from 1881 until 1891. It was on the Stratford Road next to the Boys' School, and had previously been called Camp Hill House. The building was replaced by a purpose built school in 1893.

The available information about the Robin Hood farm/inn is confusing. The 1843-47 tithe map and apportionment data describe the site as "Crown Inn, garden and rickyard" .... Looking at old maps of the Robin Hood (aka Six Ways) area, it appears that the Robin Hood Farm site was previously identified as the Crown Inn. The shape of the buildings at the farm and the inn also look identical. Maybe it was the same set of buildings that had a change of use ?? Map 1 : 1843...

As identified by pjmburns .... the building in Post #19 is Robin Hood Farm, on the Stratford Road by the Baldwins Lane junction. Here's another photo dated c1910.

The building is Cateswell House ..... shown near the bottom left corner of this aerial view dated 16 June 1952.
