    Brilliant post..........heres Aston Brook St in 1939.......our relatives are in 126...think Doris worked in the cycle factory...they later moved to 20 Tower Road. I wonder if anyone knows the Bayley or Rice families...also Overton which was Alice's maiden name. At 134 were the large Haycock family.

I dont think he died in actual service but in Selly Oak Hospital in 1944.I have sent for his record about 6 months ago and not had anything back.....I was hoping above hope that it might...

    Right Re: logging out....I cannot do that as I havent recorded my password and was looking to see if there was a way to see it and I found a change your user name. I changed it and it has to go to approval........such a long winded way. Its like having to go before the headmaster.....lol
