    1939 Census Entry

    Thanks for the replies. Since posting I have found her death index record on FreeBMD (in Q1 1979), which gives her date of birth as 12 Sep 1894, so it is clear that the entry is a correction - probably made when ID cards and Ration Books were issued. I need to dig a bit deeper for her birth...
