Yes, I do know a bit of the history on Fleetwood Mac, from tv documentaries. But my knowledge of Brum history is rubbish, but I am getting better and this forum is the best place to learn. Some great info and members here.

Nope, soaps don't do it for me either. Everyone seems to be at each others throat and shouting.

What do you watch on tv nowadays ?

Glad to hear your IBS is not as bad. And I can quite easily not bother with the tv, but it takes my mind off being in pain. My IBS is under control but it still gives me problems.

Birmingham pubs used for gigs by famous musicians or groups?

I have looked up Steve Winwood on you tube, very interesting, I will look at the other recommendations asap. He still has a bit of a Brummie accent which is great. What an amazing voice he had and still has, he must have drawn in the crowds. Good times those days must have been.

    Warstone Lane Cemetery

From the pics it looks quite tidy. Is this the work of volunteers? I have 9 Strawbridge relations buried here, and I only know where 2 of them are, I wanted to get there this summer to try and find the others, but it didn't happen unfortunately.

    Cambridge Street

Viv, thank you, appreciate it. I look forward to the Kelly's look up, I am sure there is enough expertise here to look up the name. Anachem, would that have been a Birmingham firm at that time? Sorry for all of the questions, but it is so interesting.

What a fab little pic, really kind of Eric, I have an 'Eric' that I won and I love it, they are addictive. I haven't been on the forum for a while, and I have missed a couple of meetings, so I haven't got to see the latest 'Eric's'. I was on the hunt to see what he had been painting when I...
