    Dave, when i was in the infants one break time i said to Graham letts go home i think we were told off for doing it but if that happend today the police would be out looking for us, i bet the school was worried in those days

    as you can see in this photo there are two bridges they were built late 1600s early 1700s and the roads going over are Roman roads and they are very narrow one car only alot of history around there.

    do Barges use that strech of the canal a nephew of mine lives on a Barge and the canal he is on there are Barges coming and going all the time.

    Albion, the toe paths look well used, when i was a kid i have walked from the BSA towards the Yardley rd just for abit of fun.

    i remember one race you competed in it was around Coventry airport it was a long race so after you had started the race Tony Reed and myself went to a pub for lunch and then after waited for the race to finish so we could take you back home with us.

    Alberta, thankyou for the information if they do find information about my farther i could have more half brothers and sisters i will have to wait and see whot comes of it.

    Philbee, i am in a situation like that but After DAdoption who are finding my half sister that was adopted said that they will try and find out who our fathers were i was told that alot more is writen down than what goes on the birth certificate so i will wait and see whot they come up with.

    Re: Moseley Road Baths, August 2009 i learnt to swim there i would go there every day after school Clifton rd and i would be in the school garla that was held there every year, nice to see the photos of the old place thanks for putting them on.
