have you looked back to pages one and two i have put some photos on they where taken inside the plate shop at the Serck, i worked there from 1958 straight from school until 1968 i went from there to the car industry.

i diden't go there but some of my friends did do you know them they are
Mike Hands, Barry Valentine, Jeff Powel, Garry Evison,
and i am still intouch with them.

the line up left to right Mickey Hemings Barry Phelps Jim Kinnard me Micky Hands and Barry Valentine they were tool makers but in business and retired i met them when Tony Reid my friend was in the same class as some of them at collage and have been friend ever since.

you are right it was the continuation of Brighton rd he lived on the right hand side he came to work were i was working if i remember his family were fresh over from Ireland 1960 ish he was a big lad he was a teen ager when the photo was taken the other one in the photo is an old friend...

Derick Bishop is that him in the photo on page one in the bottom right photo the middle row second from the right i see Terry Ward in the back row to the right of the teacher and Johnnie Powel on the right. it says Clive Bishop but it is Derick.
