    Brjobu, i am one of the members that lived in Leamington rd i don't remember that name there were 5 avenue's off Leamington rd the one i do remember is Grafton Grove a photo of Hastings the shop on the corner of Grafton Grove, Cadeau mite be able to remember.

    we had a carnival in the town were i live and one of the floats was part of the Spitfire that we have in the county of Pembrokeshire, what they are going to do is add another seat so that people can go for a fly around in it when it is finished in about 4 years time.

    the times i spent at the Tower on the right just before you went through the gate there was a pub and i would go in there for a drink and we always had free tickets off the pub owner to get in the Tower.

    i wonder if his family still have it it was made in the mid 70s i don't have any photos of it, were it was made it was top secret it was were the prototype cars were made at Castle Brom so no photos.

    you may not know this but the designer of the Mini Alic Isigoni the company had an aluminium mini made for him when he retired i was one of the ones that made it all those years ago. :)

    we have an Isle of man rider living around the corner from were i live and his farther-in-law lives two doors away i am sure he won the TT last year his name Adam Barclay does the name ring a bell. i was on holiday with Cadeau in 1956 at the Isle man and i was facinated with bikes going past.

    the skates we all used were Deckster which were made of Aluminium with wooden wheels there was the one time i used plastic wheels when we were on the Continent and we were skating on a road and a concrete rink.

    hi Jean, when you say your neck of the woods do you mean Pembrokeshire, we went on a walk yesturday around Dinas head up by Fishguard it was well worth it but you need good legs.
