    Must be early 1964. Sep 64-apr 65 I was in Mr Williams class in the Annex. 65-66 I was back at Farm St with Mr Berry. I thpught my sister was a couple of years ahead of me, so would assume 63-4 at latest?

    Sent this to my sister Annette Southwell - thought it looked like her - front left wearing Alice Band. She has just confirmed it is her. She was born June 1952 - so very early 1960's or even late 1950's ???. I never saw a photographer whist I was there!

    It should have the age that was given by the informant - sometimes guessed wrong. Address is usually the address they died at - sometime Hospital or Workhouse, quite often just a street name It should also have the name of the person who bought the grave - usually next of kin

    That is one the former entrnces now sealed off - stonework is all new as is the stonework along the wall where the railing are fitted (top bit only bottom original)

    Thats it Lyn, they bent Gt King st when they redeveloped the area. The original lucas factory was much smaller than the Gt King st site and was near the end of little king st, I understand near to the juct of the original Gt King st.

    I believe it is supposed to be on the site of the original factory, which was in Little King St, Off Gt King ST, but niow buried under the grass when the roads were mucjked about with during the rebuild of the area

    Richard, In general the 100 years after use rules was the benchmark, but the council wanted to cut mtce costs as the Cemetery was bringing in almost no revenue, so almost anything and everything was 'game' It was a practise Church Graveyards did on an almost annual basis in order to reuse the plots.
