Just read that article. Interestingly Eunice Essex mentions Circular Road backing onto Dolphin Lane. I lived in 45 Circular Rd where according to our neighbour the rockery was made from the roof of an air raid shelter. I wonder if it was the one mentioned by Eunice? As an aside our neighbours...

Saw this plaque whilst on holiday in Redruth. I wondered if it could be of interest to anyone following the long arm of Birmingham.
