I'd list him as Pechio (he may still be Luciano's son) or whatever you've listed his sisters as but when I enter his death, in the description section I'd put 'listed as Foster'. Though it's whatever you find easiest to understand, there is no right away.

As I said the most likely explanation is that he wasn't really a Pechio but that's just surmising. I'm not sure if when he enlisted his mother was still a Foster and not yet a Barker.

No, he is definitely the right person. The details on his page on the CWGC all match except his name. For some reason he enlisted as Alfred Henry Foster. It may be he wasn't the son of Luciano (or Alfred Foster for that matter) and thought it easier to enlist under Foster rather than Pechio...

No, George and Rose are not her children, they are the children of a Richard Foster and an Elizabeth Fenton. They also had a son, Alfred Henry Foster of a very similar age to Alfred Henry Pechio which is where the confusion may arise.

I wouldn't say it was deliberately changed, just probably how they said it and how it was recorded. Depending how long Luciano was around for Alexandra may not have known him. I am assuming that she was his daughter and giving her father's name as John was just a mistake.

Got them in 1911 as well, they are listed in Warwick St, Deritend I think as Smith. Alexandra is again listed as Alexander & Alfred Henry as Alfred William. Elizabeth is listed as a widow and there is no sign William Alfred Foster.
