    Thomas Lewin

    Just a follow up to my reading of Against the Odds. There are some good stories, but frankly the language leaves a lot to be desired. Its a shame because there's too much of it and I found I was skipping through the pages due to it.

    Sometimes people put a number to an address so its not shown as a workhouse to prevent stigma. Would there have been a graveyard there? The nearest cemetery would be Lodge Hill Cemetery

    My local surgery is awaiting the Oxford one as they did not have the facility to store Pfizer vaccine as it has to be a much lower temperature, but those deemed to be on the vulnerable list etc are being done in another area.
