There are 3 by the Edgbaston Cricket Ground called Wickets, Century and Boundary. They are 60s builds and were modernised about 10 years ago to Decent Homes standard. I worked for the company that did them. Plenty more on here https://ukhousing.fandom.com/wiki/Wickets_Tower
All around the Hockley area then. My aunt and uncle lived at 170 so if 150 is the address it would be somewhere between Whitmore Street and Abbey Street where there were lots of back to back houses.
