Great image Lyn, it's also on the thread 'Winson Green / All Saints Asylum', posted by member Stars. I'd never viewed that thread before, there are a couple of canal images which are amazing.

If it represented Company of Horses I would have expected the "O" to be smaller.

Looking at the maps attached it appears that the original Rose Hill House was demolished when (or sometime before) Rose Hill Road was constructed. Could it be that the house shown in red adopted the name Rose Hill House?
This photo of Green Lane Picture House shows the beer retailer's shop from the previous post, it must have been taken at a later date as the roofs have been repaired.
I can find no reference to Pinnick Radio and Television repairs.
