I bought my 1st house in 1962 a 30 year old semi with garage and large garden in Erdington (Hillside Rd) for £3,200 plus £200 for the freehold, I sold it 25 years later for £29,000 when I moved to my present house in Chelmsley Wood in 1987
For some unknown reason I have not been able to paint for over 2 years but I think my ability is coming back, I managed to paint the Bull pub for our meet last month and now I have painted Gas Street basin albeit a copy of a previous attempt. Eric
Although I have no problem printing pics from my 'My Pictures' file I cannot print them from 'My Documents' file I click print and no response, would this be a printer problem or my PC ? it is a fairly recent problem. Eric

As some of you know my hobby is Watercolour painting but have also done model making, 2 attached. I must give credit to my sister who cut and sewed the sails for me. Eric

The Bull, this is my first painting in nearly 2 years, and it is for our forthcoming meet's raffle. Not completely satisfied but I have 2 months so might have another attempt
