Just to add.. I've had to reduce to 75% to get the 'post reply' button to activate.

I finally got mine to work ( Edge browser ) by using the zoom function in my browser to reduce the viewable screen size down to 80% to get the notification icon to highlight and be useable. Further reducing to 75% gets the search function working. Of course once reduced, the page is to small to...
