    The car

Reminds me of the Renault van that was given me many years ago when my car gave up. Used it for a long time travelling around Yorkshire Moors with no problems at all

    The car

Bought my first Automatic in 1972 and never changed since. Only ever had one go wrong and that wasn't major. Been driving since 1956 and sadly just given up. So glad I taught my wife to drive. Wonder how many miles I had done.

    IN OUR GARDENS 2025

Our garden is very similar to yours Trebor. Got rid of the lawn years ago as I didn't want the hassle of cutting lawns as I got older. Rotton Park street

I thought I recognised it when I first saw it. then when confirmed it was Rotten Park Street realised how I did so. When I left school I worked in the laboratory of McKechnie Bros. also in Rotten Park St. I also think it could have been Docker Bros. but nearly 80 years on who knows !!!

    IN OUR GARDENS 2025

I bought a similar camera years ago and was shocked at the short life of the batteries. For some reason you could not use rechargeable batteries, so gave up on it. The only alternative was using DC supply from electric socket but did not have suitable socket in the garden
