    Just quickly before I go out. My great gran was Zeta Elizabeth Starkey but she married David Palmer. Zeta died in 1943 and is buried at Uplands Cemetery, Smethwick. Perhaps Joe was a brother of hers or one of their descendants. Best wishes Andrew
