    I used to work not far from the Mill when i first started work and i would cycle past the Mill and stop and have a look at it this was 1958 onwards and it was shut and over grown, what year was it tided up and opend to the public.

    I was corting at that time and it was a good place to take someone and have a good night out and without having to go into town.

    I used to go there every week usually on a Sunday it was a bit cheaper they had a good veriety of acts with some good comedians we had a few stakes there and the odd visit to the casino. it was above the ice rink.

    Hi, I am Grahams cousin we were more like brothers than cousins and Mick Holmes i remember his tragic death he fell into a canal and got stuck under a barge he lived with his brothers in colville rd, and i must have know Jeanette Dutton we all new each other around there.

    Phil, Thanks for that i know were we used to play football and cricket now, i remember one time about 6 of us were at the back of the lads going out of the class room and we closed the door after them and we stayed in the class room till they go back, Joey Stokes hit the ceiling.
