    My children take their children to Droitwich spa Lido so Lido's are still enjoyed, ita a pity so many have dissapeared.

    I can not remember the Lido shown in photo but we spent many a happy day at Rowheath Lido, I learnt to swim in the baths that were to the right of the road that took you to number 2 lodge.

    Tinkers Farm Schools Northfield

    It changes everytime you go there, I used to live on the other side of the road there were 2 blocks of flats facing another two sidewards on to the road, we actually watched the 1st house of our own being built in the fields behind.

    My Grandad used to be responsable for all the livestock at Bingley Hall, not sure of the dates but I do know he passed away on my moms 17th Birthday which was 69 years ago.

    Re: Cadbury's Bournville I remember the canteen well, I used to work at the C.E.G.B which is now The Police Station at the end of Bournville Lane, I often met a friend that worked at Cadbury's for Lunch in the Staff Canteen:)

    Yes Tinkers farm boys and girls schools have now both gone, the name was changed to Northfield Comp for a few years till it demolition.
