    Well Rupert We have no problem with Starlings in Town these days never ever see them.We have Peregrines nesting for several years on the P.O.Tower but these make very little difference to the Pigeon population.Dek

    Terry that photo is not of the Monkey House this was just an outdoor in Cato St North.Just a little way up the hill is the Albion Vaults.The Monkey House was as you say up Cato St which was opposite off the Saltley Rd.Dek

    Viv we had the sand and gravel pits behind what is now Asda this when finished with became a refuse pit now turned into a nature park.Dek

    I think The building is still there on the corner of Constitution Hill and Henrietta St now used by another Electrical Co. S.N.D. Electrical wholesalers not sure but I think the building is still called Gothic House.Dek
