The problem could either be the switch (usually a very small button on the motherboard) or debris which is preventing the left click lever from going down far enough (e.g. dust, biscuit crumbs, red wine residue - in a past life maintaining staff laptops at a school I've seen them all!!)...

If you're not printing colour you'd be better off with a laser printer. I have an HP 1020 (no longer available!) which is fast, prints well and cheap to run - a compatible cartridge at around £10 to 15 lasts me over 12 months. Current HP wireless lasers are around £90.

Are you using the Samsung internet link? If you can't sort it try downloading Chrome which works well and is what I use on my Tab-S.

Try this...Right click on the exe file and select Properties. Then select the Compatibility tab, tick Compatibility mode Run this program in compatibility mode for: and select Windows7 from the drop down box

What form do these take Pete? Are they .exe files or what?

Eric, having googled 'Works 9 won't print' it appears that this is quite a widespread problem caused by an incompatibility between Works and Windows 10. I suspect therefore that my previous suggestions may not help! You could try printing to pdf - to print press Ctrl+P and select 'save as pdf'...

Two things to check Eric. 1. Go to Windows - Settings - Devices - Printers and Scanners, click on the relevant printer and select 'Open Queue'. If there is anything in the list delete it/them. 2. Navigate to C:/Windows/System32/Spool/Printers and delete everything in that folder (but not the...

Just one extra thought - some of the smaller laptops don't have a numerical keypad - a pain if you're used to using that rather than the top row of the keyboard!
