    Hi, I attended lea village 1961/65 and remember all the teachers you mentioned. I remember smashing Miss Josty,s windscreen with a ball when we where playing rounders. You were probably a year ahead of me, my maiden name was Griffiths [ Linda].

    Mariew, Mr Waite was iat ridpool when I was there, that was 1955 so he did a few years, one of my favourite teachers.

    .Hy newby, i also attended lea village 1961-65. Miss Beardsmore was my first teacher there, do you remember her?. I must say I enjoyed my time there, haven,t moved too far away from area, so watched it all change sadley .

    Does anyone have copy of a lea village boys school magazine for the years 1958 -62. My brother david griffiths would like to see a copy. I myself attended Ridpool infants and juniers 1953 and lea village seniors 1961 -65.
