    In the mid 50's there was a shop in Quinton that repaired ladders in ladies stockings. The person doing the job sat in the front window of the shop. I can't imagine that job exists now.

    I think this a development by Google maps of a camera (usually mounted on their cars) in a backpack so they can access paths etc. not accessible by car. I think it is their intention to cover byways, pathways and cliff paths etc. in the future.
