    The off licence is still there. I keep thinking of Underwoods but maybe that was further up Wellington Rd/Westminster Rd? I would have loved to have been around to see that Victorian block. The area looked so pretty in the photos... Now you've reminded me of the butchers there was a Rowleys...

    Wow, thanks for that...I still remember walking around and I loved those steps. Great for jumping down. Here is a shot of the newly developed Birchfield Rd. To the top left you can see the building site for the shopping centre so it's nice to see the complete picture...
