Surprised at the frequency of inspections. Didn't think there would be quite so many in a year. And the inspectors seemed impressed - at least in the 1919s and 1920s.

A lot simpler than the CQC reports of today.

Not sure where that stone was in the nurses home. It was clean and polished with I took the photo. Might have been behind the leaves, maybe?
