Sunday Mercury

A general question....
Is there anywhere I could look at an issue of The Sunday Mercury 15th July 1973. I have newspaper access on FindMyPast. But cannot find if its possible to do it.
I want to see an article as I only have access to 1/2 of it at the moment...also the picture that goes with it is not very good and I would like a better reproduction.

From the Newspaper archives, but FMP get their neaspapers from there. For some reason ,they list it as the Birmingham Weekly Mercury
Tried to improve the quality, but not sure if it is that much better

Thanks for the info about it being Birmingham Weekly Mercury and for putting the page up.....the cottage is where my next door neighbour was born in 1928 but its now just a car park.
