There was a Midlahd Red parcel office in Worcester Street - could that be it ?

This building was in the lower part of the Bull Ring .... shown here in the background.

That makes sense Geoff. The Midland Red services used to stop outside St Martin's (a terminus?) I seem to recall from photos and previous discussions.

This earlier aerial photo dated 17 October 1931 shows the building (just right of St Martin's spire) covered in signs .... "MIDLAND RED MOTOR SERVICES", "TRAVEL BY THE OPEN ROAD", "ALL OVER THE MIDLANDS".

This would have been 11,12 Bull Ring. judging by the wagon outside it was still being used by Midland Red, so possibly 1937 or before, as Kellys only lists them there till 1937. In 1938 there is no listing for that address
