Arnold's Stores had grocery shops in Monument Road, Ladywood Road, and Hagley Road. In Hagley road they were at 197, 353,355,357 and 359. However the tiling above the frontage identifies it as 197, as can be seen from the present view. Then photo is probab;y from the 1940s-50s

Judging by the sticker on the window, we can date the photo to the Silver Jubilee of George V (May) 1935, marking 25 years of George V as the King.
