Will leave a few to seed for next year

Thank you, fully agree about the lawn, it takes a lot of hard work to keep a lawn looking good. Trebor (Rita)Our garden is very similar to yours Trebor. Got rid of the lawn years ago as I didn't want the hassle of cutting lawns as I got older.
I will have to try and take a decent photo and the find out how to post it. My problem is age and the shakes. Like you we have a number of Hostas several coming into flower
Bless him. I hope it is the same one Pedro and also that he can cope with the disability.Have put a couple of short videos together of the young limpy fox and can be seen below. Click on arrows top left for full screen.
Another young fox made a quick visit early this morning without a limp. Let’s hope it is the same one.

According to an acquaintance who is a butterfly expert - conditions have led to a bumper year. With the warm, no hot weather there has been a marked increase of butterflies, some I recognise, these include comma, red admiral, cabbage white, peacock, tortoiseshell, humming bird moth, and some brown ones.
