Any idea when this Motor Omnibus Guide was published?

I tried searchng for the publishing company at 3 Edgbaston Street but I haven't found them listed in any directory that I have access to.

This thread might provide an answer. E.H. Reason probably had a connection with the address.
 
Did a search on BNA for "where to go by tram" and there is an item in "The Smethwick Telephone " on 23rd. May 1914 on this.publication by EH Reason.
