Looking up Hunton Hill (off Slade Road), with Clarence Road off to the left. the left side looks similar , but now houses have been built on the right hand side.
Thanks Mike, I was born in a nursing home which was at the top of Hunton Hill, near to Gravelly Hill. The building has been demolished but I was wondering what it was originally?
Mike, there was a church in the 60s and is now an Evangelical church on the bottom right of the picture @ #1 above.
Here is a photo of retired civil engineer, Mr W Hill pictured in 1950 in his garden at 20, Hunton Hill, which is further up the road on the right hand side too, just past the railway station.
