Anybody heard of a Helyage Or Kelyage Street?

I found a family member at this address (Helyage Or Kelyage Street) in 1891 but I can't even find anything on this street possibly I'm spelling it wrong. I originally thought it could be Henage street but going back pages the spelling is the same so not error on the page. It's clearly a L not a N

At some point around 1890 Kelynge Street became Kelynge Road

Looks as if they couldn't decide how to spell it.
 
I saw that and wondered if the name change was connected.
Kelynge Greenway served time for his crime.
The name of the terrace remained but spelt differently.
