Picture re-touch

Could I please ask for this picture to be lightened a little and remove the hair covering the left side of the glasses.
My beloved great granddaughters. Kind regards, Ray.

This is a picture of Arthur Terrace Hay Mills. I lived in the terrace till I was 13 from 1947 – 1958. I had a very good childhood and have many good memories of my time there. I have just found this picture of the terrace but it is spoiled by the washing on the line, in my memory there was never washing in the front garden it was always put out in the back yard. Anyway I was hoping that someone could get rid of the washing and the person and also any wording that can be seen, and also the tv arial I don’t know if this is possible but I would be very grateful if it could be done.

Excellent jukebox......I always took photographs and when I got older have/had pretty good cameras and lenses. Those highly skilled editors/croppers on the BHF have been a true motivation for me to get more serious. Last Saturday I took my first photography class only touching on editing at this point. On Sunday I spent about 4 hours getting to know my camera & yes, I actually did read the instructions.
Thank you!

Hello,
Would it be possible to remove the ‘glazed’ look from my great granddaughters glasses please, she has blue eyes.
Kind regards, Ray.
