help please im looking for pheobe jones married my grandfather edgar jones not sure of date maybe 1932 they had 2 sons and a daughter pheobe died 1989 areas lived in small heath yardley any information would be gratefull.:rolleyes:

Done my best. Traced her death July 1989,
born 12th September 1912.
Fortunately her name isnt common.
Jones would have been her married name.
Found some Phoebe's in Warwickshire
Aston and West Bromwich
Have attatched Word Document for you.
I am assuming you dont know your
grand mothers maiden name.
If you have this it will make things easier.

Just back from the Shops.
Not happy with this mornings effort.
In 1932 Marriage records
Edgar Jones married a Phoebe Walters.
ref 6D page 268 Birmingham.
So it look like your Grand Mothers Name was Walters.
BMD records trace a Phoebe Walters born around 1912
at Aston

No Phoebe Walters registered Aston in 1912 but Phoebe Walters registered
Oct qtr 1911 mothers maiden name Lee. ref 6d 387
