I believe the photo is of the 3 youngest sisters, one being Sarah the Nun with their father John. I thought they are wearing black and could be that their mother had died as she died in 1902
We had these photos too. I have managed to work out the lady who we thought was the same as Sarah is her months Alice and the Man is her husband John Kent b 1828 my 2nd great grandad.

Yes so my grandfather was one of the twins. I knew him til I was 16. I just spoke to my father who knew his grandfather had been previously married and had children but there was never any mention of them. It’s quite sad but the twins didn’t get on in later life . We found this picture of them.
