Didn't the comedian Norman Vaughn use the phrase Swinging Dodgy back in the 60s 70s i think he went on to compere the Golden Shot. A DJ recorded a song called Groovy Baby i think his name was Dave Cash.
Used the No 11 many many times growing up great memories have covered some miles over the years thanks WMPTE for getting 1000's of people safely to their destinations over the decades.
