This could be it. His mothers maiden name was Baskerfield and that name in the image doesnt look right. (Bastefield) Where do I find the above image of GRO reference please?
I have no physical evidence of his birth but related him to what we think is his father but I need to check against Josiah Joseph Jackson from Halesowen, Worcester.
I have today started in a new album so I have more info. So the picture in post #66 where I said William Jackson was in at the wedding in 1920, bottom row second in from left.

No wonder I couldn't find it. I've been going through more albums my Nan left me today right back from the early 1900's. She was meticulous at naming every photo but other than Alberts wedding there's non of him but loads of Ada and her husband.
This was Alberts wedding in April 1920 where William is at. He is sitting down bottom row second in from left.
Elizabeth is bottom row first from left. Arthur was at wedding as witness, think he is second in from right, top row.

Right I will get on to the above and let you know. I live in Devon so not as easy to go to the cemetery but do visit so I will ring them first.
