    Apologies everyone, My error, I am looking for William Henry Johnson. He was a News Agent before becoming the Town Cleark of Cabramatta (suburb in Sydney). His father was possibly the engineer. I also agree about the Di beginning of his mother's surname but have no idea what the rest says.
