The photo was taken outside Aston Parish Church, I have almost the same view on my wedding photos. I think posters have been misled over the name of the garage.
My ex husband was a wire drawer, he worked at A & E. Godrich is Aston just off the Lichfield Road in the mid to late 1950s,
the name of the road it was situated in escapes me after all this time.
